New Users Don't Know About Streaming Chats

You added a dedicated chat for every streaming channel, which was nice.

Too bad it's very hidden and new users never know about it until we have to explicitly point it out to them.

It should be unavoidably obvious that there's a chat. It should always open by default. There should be notifications when there are new messages sent in them.

Unfortunately because of these problems, I still have to resort to having a second text channel with the same name, otherwise many users wont ever see the chat.
