[Stage] Even though I deafen the sound, I can hear the sound

I'm new to here. So please let me know if I was on the wrong topic.

What happened

As the title says, even though I deafen the sound on Discord, I still can hear what people say on a stage.

Expect

I don't wanna hear any sound when I turn "Deafen" on.

Steps to reproduce this bug

1. I joined a stage on a server/community
2. I deafened the sound
3. I slept Mac while I join the stage
4. Mac got back from sleep
5. I still heard the sound

Environment

OS: MacOS Ventura 13.3

Version: Stable 195548(4c76a9a) | OS X 10.15.7(22.4.0)

Notes

• This happened on the official "Lofi Girl" server.
• The music I heard was the one which we can hear when no one speaks on a stage. That said, this might not happen when speakers exist
