Personal Opt Out for Expanded Markdown

Similar to https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/14705882095383-Markdowns-Permissions-Enable-Disable- , but instead of a server permission, it's a setting in user settings.

So, as a user I can decide whether I want new messages I write to be interpreted with the expanded markdown or not. Perhaps on a per-message basis in the right click menu or something.

This would allow users to disable it in environments where the permission system wouldn't let them, like DMs/group chats or servers they don't own.
