Role Reaction Feature

Currently using the MEE6 bot for role reactions on my server. Since people need to accept the #discord-rules before using and viewing the other channels. Yet the role reaction number don’t seem to add up to my total member count. Therefore, people who accepted it but end up leaving the server will still be counted. This seems to be a Discord bug or feature or what not. I’d like this to be improved so it automatically refreshes or can be coded onto a custom bot dashboard to refresh it manually. Having this will make the number accurate and i can actually see how many people are still role-less.
