I think somebody is Stalking me but I don't know who it is.

So for the past few months I've been having an issue with false accusations it discord servers of a certain Fandom. Usually I'm able to prove them false or twisted but not without mods initially banning me from the server. This morning I get on discord and find out that I had been banned from a Discord Server that has Zero relations to the Fandom I've been having issues with. I barely interacted with the server and didn't break any rules that I know of which leads me to believe someone is starting to follow me into servers and spread false accusations. Can't contact the mods to get confirmation but that seems like a strong possibility. What should I do. I want to avoid deleting the account if possible because I think I might be playing into the possible stalkers hand if I do.
