Add a new system for duplicate text channels

Some servers and raid bots create duplicate channels, which has the same name. I suggest that duplicate channel names, for example if there were 2 general channels, the first would be #general, but the 2nd one would be #general-copy or #general-1. If they create multiple #general's, it would limit them to create only a few duplicates of that channel.
