Notifications pop up hours after a message was sent

On mobile, whenever I receive a notification in most servers (doesn't happen in every server), it pops up on my phone hours after it was actually sent. For example, if a message was sent at 1:00pm, I wouldn't receive a notification until around 3pm.

    Hello i Lost My Acount  Because Two-Factor authentication i  but it for my phone and then the option did't come to me and i don't want to lose my acount Plz
