inappropriate profil picture - Account reporting

Hi, 
I'd like to report nomis#6842 who's using my face as his profil picture with a meme on it to harm me (proofs of my personal identity possible if needed for admins).
I tried to ask him to remove it but he blocked me.
It is a personnal attack and this kind of behaving abuse really hurt me so could you do something against it please ?
