Option for people with photosensitive epilepsy

So, a lot things in discord can trigger epilepsy seizure, gifs, animeted emoji and some videos, publishing by users, or overlay also can start flashing when someone start and stop talking, and other start and stop talking, or when it's a lots people in server, when i write someone nickname using @ and start to delete words also i get flashing effect, but there is no warning about this. I think it will be good idea to add in options, something for people with photosensitive epilepsy, when someone have this option, this person will not see gifs, and emoji will be no animated, also, give possibility to mark video, as that can trigger epilepsy seizure (same ass mark something as spoiler), and then this video will not show to.people with epilepsji option, and it will be good, if this option will be on, after creating account.
