Discord support request denied without human contact. Discord server developer

So my discord account was disabled for threats and violence ive been patient as im a server developer that creates servers for people on discord and have no control over my past or what they do with those servers. Even following all the steps by discord i dont want my account back just want my development servers back/templates at this point. Will try to add screenshots of the bot responses and the process of me escalating the current situation to a lawsuit for my data due to me being a business.
