Game Activity - Gtarcade

I play Game of |thrones Winter is Coming using the game client "Gtarcade"  I add the game to activity as others can see what I'm playing but then after a restart my computer the game no longer shows as active even though it is in the activity game list.  I add it again and the thing just repeats.  

I was told that to enable discord to use auto-detection more people need to be playing it and then the bots will collect this information and enable auto-detection.  However I play newer games which are auto-detected and not as popular so this area seems a little grey.

Would be good if you add a game manually the auto-detection would be enabled.  Would also be good if other games in the list could be enabled or disabled with a tick selection box so you could tailor the activity specific to your setup.
