Suggestion of new functionality, Ping exclusion

Hello,

I had an idea, concerning the ping of roles on a Discord.

Today if you ping @everyone on server, you will ping the whole members of the text channel, excluding members not have the permission to acces to this channel.

I purpose to make excluding role ping.
For example you want to ping the majority of the server without admins and moderators roles. You need to make @member @foo @bar, .... So why not make : <@everyone!@admin,@moderator> to ping whole server without admin and moderator
