Friend Request Suggestion

I think it would be cool to be able to send a message with a friend request. I've seen it other places and I have a couple first hand accounts as to when it would be helpful. I am an admin in a gaming community and there are a bunch of people that leave the server because of a confusion, and require friend requests to be able to talk to them. If I can put that I am trying to help them, or write down the answer to the confusion and get them to come back that would be supppper helpful. As well, I have received a bunch of friend requests from random people that I share servers with so it would be cool to know why they are trying to send me a request, and the reason they are trying to contact me before I accept the friend request.
