[Need help] Retrieving account after having it disabled.

So, my account (Unser Mann#7379) has been disabled. I did violate the ToS, or the Discord rules, whatever. I've sent inappropirate stuff to some dude, it was my mistake, I did it for fun when I was, let's say not sober. I know I've done bad, I truely regret it and I take all the responsibility on me. I really care about my discord account, I've been posting a lot on some servers I owned, had many friends, stuff etc. I also own this account since 2017, and now by some fatal mistake I lost it all. Is there anyway I could get my account back? I am very sorry for breaking rules, it never happened before and won't ever happen again. Please, if there's any chance? I've seen that after 2 weeks all the content posted by a disabled account will disappear. I don't want it to happen because I have a lot useful stuff on my server. And as I said, I do really care about my acc. I'm not a toxic user who actually deserved this kind of ban, I just want to turn things back. Help me please.
