Option for Disabling DM's by Default from a Server

As a victim of a scam that started on discord through a DM, I believe that there should be an option for server owners/administrators (especially in large servers) to disable DM's from anyone in the server by default which can then be turned back on by the server member if they feel as if it is safe. This would help so much with the safety of discord and reduce the number of scams, phishing etc.

There is still an increase in online scams especially during the COVID-19 pandemic that many people are unaware of and that is why this is so important to make sure everyone on discord is as safe as possible, but still with the enjoyment of being able to use discord as it was designed to be used.
