Screen sharing option that don't show my own screen

I'm poor at writing in English, so I'm sorry if I confound you.
When my 4 friends share there screens, I want to watch 4 shared screens (It's beautiful), but I'll watch 5 shared screens because my screen sharing is shown.
Therefore I want to a option of screen sharing that don't show my own window.

I want the option at the context menu that pops up when I click the right button of the screen sharing window.

英語で文を書くのが苦手なので間違いがあったらすみません。
画面共有機能で自分の画面共有画面は表示しないようにするオプションが欲しいです。
友人が4人画面を共有してくれている時、4分割で見たいのに自分の画面がある為に5分割になってしまいます。

画面共有を右クリックした際に出るメニューからチェックで指定できると嬉しいです。
