Reverse 480p Streaming Removal

480p is really useful for people with bad internet, as it lets them actually understand what is happening in the stream. 720p and above puts a blurry mess of cubes on their screen, and nothing is viewable (which is a real buzzkill for movie nights with friends).

I don't understand why it was removed in the first place, it's helpful and reduces bandwidth, so it's not even a gain for Discord to get rid of it.

    Absolutely, one of my best mates is from a country with poor internet service and censorship, and 480p is the only way they can coherently stream video.

    Please. It was a great option for low-end PCs and weak Internet connections.
