Give us an option to disable auto-disable video feeds!

So you're hanging out with your friends on Discord while playing a game that is pretty intense, and someone joins in the voice channel and turns their camera on but you can't see them until you "Alt+Tab" out of the pretty awesome game you're playing. It can get pretty annoying having to do that every time someone joins or disables and re-enables their video.

Let's say that we had the option to disable this "feature". Sure, some of our components computers would be sweating a bit more but some of us have monster PC's. I don't expect it to die just because Discord took away video resources I was already using. Discord is for the community and I still want to see their faces while I play my games with them. <3
