Show Video Participants at the Bottom (Horizontally)

The title is pretty self-explanatory.

But essentially, Discord's default approach is to show video participants on the side (vertically).

However, this doesn't really accommodate to changing of screen/window sizes, as a lot of space is wasted when sizing differs. Hence this feature proposal to allow the user to choose where they want the video participants.

I've attached an image (from Microsoft Teams) which shows a visual representation of the "horizontal" look of the video participants that I am aiming to propose.
