Streamline way of rate limit increases

As bots become more popular, they run the risk of hitting the 10k/10 min rate limit (correct me if I'm wrong here). I was wondering if you would consider a streamlined way to increase that limit, say, through an application or when a bot hits a certain number of guilds.

  That's 10k failed requests, which is pretty hard to hit unless you're doing something wrong (ex: not doing permission checks before calling api methods)
  I've got a bot in just about 20k, and a friend with 50k, and neither of us have ever hit that limit
