Better Block Options

Can you please, for the love of God, give users the option to stop seeing blocked people on a Member List or their profile picture icons in a Voice Chat? I feel like just "hiding" their messages behind a box that says "hidden message" isn't enough. I share a good server with a few people I'd rather not see. After muting and hiding a specific category it should be extremely obvious I don't want to see a long list of profile icons in the already hidden voice chat. Nor do I want to see people I've blocked when I hover over a server simply because they're IN a voice chat.
