The ability to not only watch more than one stream, but to have more than one 'pop out' for different streams!
I can only maximize or full screen one stream at a time currently.
When I have 4 friends streaming I could in theory have all of them full screen on different monitors if I could pop out more than one stream/cam.
Currently you can 'watch' more than one stream by clicking the 'watch multiple streams' button when you're already watching a stream and want to watch another, but the second one is very tiny and it doesn't really do you much.

I was super excited to see someone else suggest this when I came to post it! I have a few monitors, and my friends and I have frequent online hangouts where multiple people are screensharing games. It would be absolutely stellar to be able to have games on a couple monitors with webcams on my main screen, or other combinations to that effect.
