Video Chat While Streaming

My friends and I always have our cameras on in our server, I would like to see a feature available where I could display someone's stream full screen on one monitor and the grid of cameras on the other monitor.

The "popout" feature allows you to separate your voice channel into a separate window, but not your voice channel into MULTIPLE windows.

We would also like to see a feature that you could overlay cameras on your game. It would just have to be 1 box in the corner of your screen and whoever's camera is showing is dependent on who is talking.
