Ability to hide pfps and usernames of users by admins/mods to prevent HARMING other users

A lot of users these days have nsfw images, or even images containing racism words or swear words or flashing images that can seizure some people, so I suggest that discord add the ability for admins and mods to hide profile pictures or nicknames or usernames of a user for other users in a server, and display a warning modal for the user that these may contain seizures or nsfw or bad words, then if the user proceeds it's then put in the db that he/she viewed the data of this user so he doesn't have to bypass the modal again. I know admins and mods can manage nicknames but, if a user clicks he can easily see the real username and view the pfp in a large form. This will prevent other users from getting physically or mentally harmed from these words/photos etc.... Also if u can't add it to usernames or nicknames so other users know who they're talking to, you can add it for images only, as images are mostly more harmful.
