Ping only members with two or more specified roles

Imagine you want to organize an event for your server where members need to stream a game they're playing. You have the "Gamer" role, but not every gamer streams, and you have the "Streamer" role, but not every streamer plays games.

It would be great if you could make an announcement pinging 

@Gamer & @Streamer

That way, only users who have those two roles would be pinged! I think this feature would be very useful for a lot of servers.
