Why is there even a feedback forum if for the last 4 years, nothing here has ever been considered?

Exactly what the title says, why are these forums even a thing? No one ever reads them, no one ever responds, half of the people who use them aren't even semiliterate, and there's people literally advertising themselves here, it's just another place for bots and account hijackers to infest. With almost every user on the platform objecting major changes constantly, it's obvious that this part of the website is just a placebo to give the illusion of support. So thankful I've never given a dime to this dirtbag company, couldn't imagine working for them, no matter how good the pay was, supporting these shlubs is for the morally bankrupt.
Yearly rebrands and garbage UI overhauls, constant updates that no one asked for, it's literally wasting time and resources that could be spent actually fixing problems, removing bad actors, or just actually improving the platform, instead of just churning out basic features that other chat programs already have, and locking them behind a paywall with a rapidly dwindling audience
