Poor Discord Service

After leaving a review on google, I asked to contact the discord support team so they can look into this further. I lost access to the email related to my account, I've tried to contact the support team to change the email multiple times but as always, I get told to make a new damn account just like what happened with my old account. There was a time where I did not have to verify my already verified email in order to change it, but ever since that update, it's been absolute hell of paranoia and worry of losing my account since I lost access to the email related to that account. I believe the support team is of no help at all and all they're good for is telling me I need to make a new account and I can't change the email by contacting them from a new one since I need to contact them from the one related to the account. Not possible since the email was compromised and lost to someone else. Clearly the support team doesn't understand that my email was hacked into and in the possession of someone else's hands, no, I cannot contact the provider because I've tried multiple times and no luck. I've lost my email and no longer have any interest in getting it back since I've completely cut all ties from that account except discord, but the support team won't allow me to change it for 'security reasons' when I clearly own the damn account, I even have 2FA activated but that's not enough evidence apparently. I've asked for help many times and I've been refused a hand in the matter, until I can change the email to my account and safely secure it, discord support team is no support team at all in my eyes. If you're going to respond, discord, tell me something that might give me some luck in changing the email for my discord account, not regaining access to the email. I'd rather keep my account than lose it altogether one day, because if that is the case, then that's poor service and support.
