[Feature idea] Color picker for text

A color picker for text chat. I think it would work well with all of the text adaptations lately (Like adding the # to make bigger text). It would have a section for commonly used colors, a section for your recently used ones, and a color picker. The image is a very rough example, and it is by far not the most pretty to look at, but its a start.
