How I need to write my username in appeal?

to update my age I need to send photos with me, id confirming my age and my nickname include 4 characters after #, for example wumpus#1234, but I have already updated my nickname and now it has no numbers after the #, should i submit my current nickname or nickname before name update?

    I sent mine with just the username. I didn't add the old username in the picture but I did include it in the area where you type any info.
