Improvements to automod and Clyde.

It’s known very well that if you have someone who is being a menace on your server, the first thing you need to do is /ban. However in critical situations, writing a reason could be the turning point of whether your server survives or not. My suggestion is to give Clyde the ability to ban people, by just saying something like, “@clyde please ban that menace”. Of course this will have limitations. Clyde will only accept high importance requests from administrators, and there will be an alert popping up, asking you to authorize Clyde’s action. If you need to ban someone in a rush, Clyde can automatically write a reason for you. You could also extend this idea to other uses such as asking Clyde to post an announcement, and the alert will pop up you are ok with what Clyde wants to do.
