Control Automod via Slash Command

Control the Automod rules via slash commands

The new Automod features are cool and we can make advanced safety things with it. For example a Lockdown mode that blocks all the messages if enabled to block “raiders” or block some website links.

But the less good part is that it's only accessible via the server settings and only from the computer or web version. So it would be very cool to add the possibility to control the Automod rules with slash commands.

Of course we would have some settings to decide if the slash commands are enabled for each "rule" and who can run them. That way we can enable or disable quickly some Automod rules.
