Copy link/Open link does not work for video preview images

When right clicking a message embed picture (such as an image, a GIF or a video preview) the context menu shows options to Copy link and Open link. Normally these links copy and open the URL of the media. For video previews however, the Copy link button copies the link to the current text channel instead. The Open link button does nothing (presumably because the text channel is already open).

Note that this only applies to the picture of the video, when accessed through the video title text, these buttons work properly.

I think this is a bug, or at the very least inconsistent UI behavior. I am on Windows 10 and this bug appears for me on all releases (main release, PTB and Canary).
