Support not responding
my tickets keep getting marked solved over and over, however support hasn’t giving me a single response to any of them. I have opened 20+ tickets and they get marked solved within mins. I have an open ticket from 2 months ago regarding a disabled ticket and they still haven’t even responded on it. The support team is not providing support and it’s insane to me that this is how this system works.

ive sent like 5-6 tickets reporting somebody who's literally told me to self harm and slurs, with full evidence of message ids, user id, and direct message ID and I always get the same automatic response and nobody ever answers
I bet if somebody tries reporting a pedophile discord is going to give the same automatic response thats so stupid1 -
Yeah the support team seems non existent. Idk how anybody gets anything fixed.
