Badge reverting system needed

I just got done talking to a support agent about losing my 2 year server boosting badge, which was due to my card auto pay not going through and having to put another payment option (same day nitro expired fyi). after paying that I ended up continuing on with my nitro thinking everything was fine but then 10 days later today as of this post, I noticed I didn't have my diamond on profile and realized that it was because for some reason resubbing to nitro doesn't automatically continue boosting your boosted servers prior to the resub and I didn't notice/know that. long story short the support agents say they can't do anything about my situation for some reason even though they have proof of my streak and support of subbing since 2016. I then asked the agent after receiving the news that Ima have to deal with my streak loss (which is whatever still sucks but honestly I got to move on with life since there are more important things out there then a badge doesn't stop it from sucking like I mentioned but whatever) what if a scenario where you are paying for nitro for years and boosting a server and the server then decides to close down and you can no longer boost it what do you then do in that scenario for that person 5+ year streak do they seriously just lose it? all they told me was that they can consider that a feature request and to post on forum about which tells me that discord has no system in play for such a scenario and that is honestly kind of joke and sad. crazy to think you can be paying for a service for so long and they cant even revert your badge or allow you to maintain that streak if a scenario like that arises. so I was just wondering what the community thought about this and if discord should really have a system in place to cover for a scenario like mine and the one mentioned to the support agent, I believe they should and should start actually caring more about the community that made them who they are today, which they love claiming they do.
