[Feature Request] Editing in Image Spoilers + Moderator Spoiler Features

Due to how forgetful or ignorant users tend to be when it comes to spoilers, I think a feature to edit in image spoilers after sending would really useful & much more effective than having to delete the message & send it all over again.

Moderators

In edition, this can also be given to moderators that can forcefully edit in spoilers to others' content if they won't themselves. Which, again, would be better than full deletion & asking to repost it.
