Hover Info for Roles

It would be very helpful if, as a member of a server, you could just hover over someones role tag to see a little information about it. This would be necessary when a server is going for a specific aesthetic or theme that requires a roles to have a more creative name that just what it does. With info that pops up on the role when you hover your mouse or click on the role, you can get a gist of what permissions it gives, how to get it, and other information specific to that role that you would otherwise have to get from asking and relying on an admin or mod to tell you.
