    How can you know if the ticket is already resolved?Many say that they take from 1 day to 27 days or even more, depending on the load they have, but they are undoubtedly slow.

    When I check my activities on here, they mark them as solved after some hours, and they don’t even respond to me.

    Just be patient, then try sending another email in the same ticket. My account was disabled too

    No yet. My account was disable ago 5 days too. I´m waiting for a request but I don't know If my ticket is still open or not

    You should definitely check the my activites tab when you click your profile on here. They may have marked it as solved maybe. I also sent in another email asking for an update on my account because I am not underage and I have already sent proof to them multiple times.

    I have already tried to sign up in my account but the password seems to be wrong, so i dont know if i wanna change the password. I created another discord account to just do what the discord support asked me to do. Im afraid if I change my password.

    I see, I hope you do get your account back soon because I am slowly losing hope on mine since they may just ignore me until the account is fully deleted

    It is understandable to be frustrated when a response from Discord takes a long time. Discord has received a lot of support requests lately and they’re probably working hard to resolve them. However, after five days without a response, it might be best to make a new ticket. Since your ticket is already marked as solved, it won’t be given priority and it may take a longer time to receive an update.
