Extend Pause DM (Security action) to a role setting for bot prevention.

A lot of servers out there have a join gate, where new users get a standard role when joining (let's say “Unverified”)

They then have to verify or scan a QR code to get “Verified” and the unverified role is removed / a server member role of sorts is added.

The only problem is that new users / accounts can often still DM people if they are in the unverified role. We all know that there are some options in the Safety Setup > DM and Spam Protection; 

However bots seem quite good at circumventing these options; including the “accept the rules” setting. Therefore it would be nice if the ability to DM server members could be turned off on a per role basis, so that users (and especially [scam]bots) with these Unverified roles cannot DM server members.
