Yet another post about Discord's horribly negligent Support
As title says. Account hacked more than a month ago, created a ticket.
Got the initial staff response that they are working on it, and since then the only updates to the ticket has been my messages asking for an update every 2-3 weeks, three times by now, whith no luck.
I even shared images of the hacker using my account to try and scam other people, asking if they could at least suspend the account while they work in the recovery, and still no response.
Infuriating and dangerously negligent, considering someone already lost money to the scammer, despite requesting the suspension of the account and reporting it in the app days before it happened.

I had an issue like this too. I have sent over 5 tickets now because my account was disabled because i've indicated that i was under 13 years old… I said that i was 5 years old in a server as a joke and someone reported it and apparently thats when discord is on top of things and actually takes charge. that account was 2 years old. Im no scientist but i dont think a 3 YEAR OLD would make a discord account. My account that I spent money on and had a bunch of servers and such was deleted today and all because discord support is just AI. I ask for an update on my appeal and they respond with an essay. For Christs sake can you just do your job and stop hiring a bunch of teenagers who do nothing for discord.

Ive had this issue too, they wouldn't reach out to me and kept marking my unsolved hacked account tickets as solved. Still waiting on them to recover my information. Other people have been hacked in this time, and it's using my details. I'd be fine if they were at least communicative, but they haven't said shit and haven't been helpful
