False underage ban
I've faced the frustration of being falsely banned by Discord not once, not twice, but three times – and I'm on the verge of a fourth deletion. Despite providing evidence of my age in multiple emails, the Discord support team has been unresponsive and seemingly apathetic to my situation. These unjust bans resulted in the loss of three accounts, three servers, and valuable purchases. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability when Discord deletes an account, treating the matter as if it's not a big deal. I hope for a resolution to this ongoing issue and fair treatment for users who find themselves in similar situations.
I've observed that every time I provide proof of my age, as in the last three accounts, they become unresponsive. However, they respond when I don't have evidence or when they ask me to correct something, like providing missing information such as a photo ID.
I have seven days left before my account gets deleted, so let's hope Discord responds in time.

К сожелению поддержка пока что молчит, лишь отметила аппеляцию где я предоставил все что нужно (Пасспорт, лист с своим ником) но он был отмечен как “решен” хотя, учетная запись была все так же отключена. моему дискорд аккаунту может уже 5 или 6 лет, и его отключили потому что “я младше 13”. В моей стране(Украина) дискорд с 13 а мне давно больше за это число. Столь много моих знакомых-друзей с которыми я общаюсь теперь не знают куда я пропал. Печально, но я надеюсь что на мою аппеляцию все же ответят.
