Tickets being marked "Solved" with no responses from Support
It would be appear I am the victim of a disgruntled community member who was banned from a private server.
Said user has created a fake account and fake server which makes use of my content and likeness. The fake account is using a picture of my actual face and a similar user name. The server they have created is almost a direct copy of mine. While posing as me that have spread prejudice and false information and used my intellectual property without my permission.
I have reported said account multiple times with no response, however in the process, of trying to get the support staffs attention on this matter, the fake account reported my actual account which resulted in it being disabled. Meanwhile the fake account remains active.
In the last week I had 2 tickets marked “Solved” with No response, and a 3rd marked solved, followed by an automated reply from the Clyde Bot. Despite providing evidence of violations in multiple emails, the Discord support team has been unresponsive and seemingly apathetic to my situation.
At this point my concern has shifted from recovering my own to account to having the fake one disabled. Yet I haven't been able to move forward with either case, as it feels I am being overlooked by the support staff.

Discord is going to ghost you. Simple.

Discord doesn’t care. You are a number. They just are here for profits. The responses and tickets are done by AI bots. Maybe file a complaint with the BBB
