    Honestly dont know how they get away with this, its honestly shocking.. that people haven't complained and actually started moving to other platforms.. like I have been a nitro for ages, I made my account in 2016.. I literally never had issues.. then I have one major issue and nothing,.. no responses, like the automated systems for blocking your account are instant, but for fixing things doesn't exist ??

    I'm literally at my wit's end trying to get help for 2 weeks. Why is my account locked with no warning and why is Discord Trust and Safety ignoring me?

    More than likely you will never reach an actual human. Good luck! Hopefully they don’t delete you account. Absolute awful service bc it’s all AI bots.

    Nope. Majority of time they will close the ticket. Mark it as resolved, even though it hasn’t been touched or answered. If you are lucky enough to get a response it’s their AI bot. It will give some generic response, which doesn’t give details pertaining to you or the inquiry. I waited … and still waiting now a month. I ask everytime I see them mark it as “resolved”. Sorry, I wish I could tell you more positive news. Best thing to do leave a BBB review especially if it was falsely disabled. If your account was disabled for a real reason, you would receive an email saying - ie involved in a raid, bullying, underage, etc… albeit many never receive such an email or response ever from discord.

    Yeah my account said underage activity or something even though it wasn’t me and my account was hacked. I’m just worried i’ll get like banned or it’ll be reported i don’t know..

    BBB is the better business bureau. It’s the only thing I’ve seen discord actually have human responses in. The support tickets are mostly AI bots.

    @legomez25 if you upload a picture of your ID in a support ticket that supposedly will fix it, albeit ..: discord customer support is broken! I feel like I probably respond to more people than their actual employees do. Good luck!

    They finally replied and Enable My accnt. Just ttoo bad though i like my previous accnt name that ive made. 

    Still the mystery of why my accnt name changed to something funny wasnt solved but I'll just leave it that. Cant register that accnt name i made back somehow.

    I’m glad the CS. Finally did one thing! Haha, how many accounts have issues and they do not help is ridiculous! They will never tell ya why or how it was changed. I highly suggest changing your password as they had data leaks of personal information.

    @lego- if you haven’t made a ticket yet, go ahead and make it. When you make a ticket- in the appeal - there is one for your age! You will want to open a ticket for that one. Then, there is a box to add comments in and then right below it will be another box to drop/ add files. You will want to add the photo of the id there. 
    Try to make it as simplistic as possible for the discord CS. Say appealing underage disband of account with to be reinstated. Attached is a picture of my ID to prove I am of age. Write your name and your date of birth and then attach it.


    You’ll get Clyde, the discord ai bot responding to you and hopefully someone will respond if they have questions and your account will be back up and running! Good luck!
