Support taking ages
I know many people have said this again but this support system is not user friendly.
you make your ticket and it takes ages for a response. lets say your account gets disabled you only have 14 days to get it back before it get deleted. I dont know how the system is set up but tickets with a time limit should get a higher priority since otherwise the user experience will lower.
i made a ticket a while ago and got a respondse the same hour and now i am waiting for more then 4 nearing 5 days without a response with something that has more urgency. I dont understand where the priorities lie in discord itself to me it doesnt seem that hard to enable accounts again max 5 min of work. but again idk how big the support team is in discord but if they have around 100 support desk engineers you should be able to respond withing a few hours. I understand it can be busy at times but 5 days for something that takes 5min shouldnt be neccecary.

Bro. I got disabled because they said I'm breaking TOS (under 13), but I already provided proof with a picture of my ID, including my age. They always ignored it and marked my ticket as 'solved.' I hate that they're so negative. I don't know what I should do; I paid for Nitro for a whole year, and they're just wasting my money.

I miss the old days when they could reply with emails and positive responses.

literally same man i got my account disabled when i said im underage as a joke. i provided them all my ids and pics of mine but still no response
