Reduced Motion setting doesn't work on new layout

The ‘Reduced Motion’ setting used to work for me, but the app is now very annoying and feels much more restrictive.

When I click a DM, it slides slowly to the left instead of snapping, and exiting a DM is the same as well.

Please just revert the new layout, or fix your reduced motion for DMs.
