Account disabled .. read please

So my account got disabled. buwomp another user whining about a common occurrence. 
I got no emails, no warnings. nothing, Account was just gone when i woke up. I've said nothing termable, bannable no inappropriate posts, links nothing. i followed the rules like a damn bookworm. 
I've never had a term or ban.
My account doesn't work. I've sent out a request to get back into the account.
When i did. they responded saying it was the wrong email, Even though it says perfectly clearly that it is the same email connected to the account.

However, it doesn't look like there is a banned account associated with the email address you're writing in from, so there isn't anything we can do to help you here. If you do not recognize this ticket, please ignore this email.”

please help. It's the correct everything.
