    Hello Haunt, I too have been ghosted by Discord support. I've  had a ticket open for 2 months regarding a hacked account. Trust and safety still haven't gotten back to me. Are they're still going to get back to me?

    Haunt, can you help me out? My account was out the blue disabled by Clyde bot for TOS violation but i never did anything to break rules. Clyde bot said it wont reinstate my account, Its 5 days days so far my account still disabled after sending 2 tickets but i stoped after i heard thats not good to keep posting tickets. I final got response they said their getting to my ticket but I'm afraid a bot will just write it off as spam and my account of 3 years still be disabled and eventually deleted 10 days later. I hope everything works out.

    I'm sorry you had this experience with the support team.

    I suggest creating a new ticket regarding your hacked account. Make sure to include all key details including how exactly you're account was hijacked. Typically it does not take up to 2 months to receive a response on a Hacked Account ticket.

    Hello Masonportman46,

    Inside of the ticket that Clyde replied in, include that you would like to request human review, as you are certain you did not violate the TOS. Sometimes requesting human review is the key to getting your account back.

    Dear Haunt,

    My Discord account was recently disabled with no reason given to me. I was on Discord 1 minute before this and the next time I opened the app, I was logged out. I tried to log back in and it stated that “Your account has been disabled.” I contacted Discord about 4 days ago asking why, as I never received an email. With this, I have yet to receive a reply. I also created a separate ticket, updating my birthday with Discord, as it could've mistaken me saying that I, “Had Discord since I was 10, which was 6 years ago” was me saying I was underaged. Back when I created my account, we never had to input our birthday. 
    I'm currently a moderator in a big Discord server, and I have multiple of my own servers. I cannot risk having my account deleted over something that I don't even know.
    If you have any tips of how I could get my account back faster, that would be great, as I have 7 days since my account is disabled to get it back or I'll be terminated from my moderation roles.

    Hey YouFoundDerek,

    If your account was disabled due to a mistake in the system scanning that you claimed to be underaged, you would have received an email stating that you need to provide ID and more to verify it.

    If you received no email at all it’s likely your account was disabled due to your activity in a server that was removed for violating the guidelines. Your account was likely involved in the data that was collected hence why it was disabled with no warning.

    In terms of getting your account back faster, there unfortunately isn’t much you can do in this manner. You’ll have to submit a ticket and wait for the support team to reply or wait for Clyde to reply, then explain what you explained to me on here.

    Dear Haunt,

    I did just what you said I asked for human review and its been day later and I received no response.  I submitted like 3 tickets and most since my account got disabled but I am confused why they seem to be solved one by one and nothing has changed for me. I  did get get messaged back day 3 they will be working to getting to my first ticket i submitted and now 6 days later its tick off as solved and nothing has changed. I dont know what to do anymore

    Hello Haunt,

    I am commenting under this thread as you have previously responded to it, so it would make sense if you did so again. The reason for this is my account being disabled for an accidental fraudulent purchase claim that I cannot withdraw due to legitimate cashback claims which Discord Nitro was unfortunately coupled under. I have made a ticket and responded to Clyde four days ago, and there has been zero response from Discord's side other than Clyde. I am attaching the link to the feedback post I made here due to it containing pretty much all relevant information except for the cards involved for obvious reasons.
