Swap voice-text and change status.

The voice-text is the least used feature, because it's barely accessible.
However, when you're reading a channel and wanna head back to the VC, you accidentally click set channel status and 1 won't go to the stream and 2 if something's supposed to be 1 click away, it's the voice-text. So instead display the status next to the VC name, with a pencil button to click and the chat like an always open thread underneath.
