Account Disabled
My account got disabled 2 days ago for underage (actually no reason given but i assume it cuz the day my account got disabled in a server i said “im 12” as a joke of course) and i sent like 5 tickets for it none of them got any response just ‘’Nelly'' marking them as solved, my account got disabled for underage and i even attached evidence that shows im 18+.Do I just wait for response or create new account?

Figure out why it got disabled, then create a new account, and don't do whatever you did to get it disabled.

Same for me, my account got disabled 3 days ago and I haven't received any emails informing me why my account got disabled. I created 2 tickets and none of them got a reply.

I assume all of the requests are handled by bots in this sector I've been disabled for about a week now and I can't seem to get a proper response. I would recommend just trying to open another request and keeping it open until an actual staff member arrives.

I have great news for you guys. An actual Discord Staff contacted me. I had total of 7 tickets and only first one (which i sent 7 days ago) was open and others were marked as solved. I guess if you send more than 1 tickets bot closing them to prevent Discord Staff members busy for duplicate tickets.

Two days ago, my account got disabled, and the reason cited was "underage," though I suspect it might be related to a joking comment I made in a server about being 12. I understand the platform's policies, but I am indeed 18+ and attached evidence to support this in the five tickets I've submitted.
