I got an unfair ban for being underage

Hi there,

I know there is like a ton of these posts, but I couldn't help myself and had to write one too. My account was recently banned for being underaged - just to be clear, I am not. I sent an appeal not even an hour after I got banned and it's been more than a week with no response at all. 

Here's the thing - I have never said anything specifically saing “I am underaged” or “I am 6 years old”, etc. So I wonder if typing a number that is considered underaged in a different context than age is really a ‘crime’ and had to get me banned? 

My friend's account got blocked for underage like a few years ago, but they sent an appeal and got a response after just 4 days. So even though it's ‘just been week’ for me, after reading ther people's posts about the same thing and getting no response despite sending everything needed, it makes me kinda scared about my account, which I had for almost 5 years now and had been using it everyday as a main social site. 

Even though there probably won't be any discord staff reading this post, I hope to get my account unbanned, or atleast get an answer for my appeal, because let's be honest, having all the right to have your account and not being able to get it back due to lack of the support is kind of frustrating.

    How? I’ve been like this for nearly 2 weeks they keep saying they solved it but haven’t and no one will respond

    Kovaturrentine, I went through the same thing, but I never stopped trying. They unbanned just about 2 days ago.

    I got that too, but they keep setting the ticket to “solved” while i tried to update my age, so idk what to do and im tired of fighting.

    But i also don't want to loose years of works and reputation over a false ban

    I opened another one every 8 hours or less because they set them as “solved” but without saying or doing anything

    Dont open more tickets keep the first one 

    And comment on it 

    I made 3 and it was only my first which got reply after 5days
