Terrible job of discord support

Dear discord. The situation that is happening to me causes me to switch to another messenger and forget about you as a terrible dream. Why can't I restore my account for 2 weeks? Tickets are closed just like that, but there is no result, it takes 5-6 days to wait for a response. It's just terrible. I don't understand why you can't just activate it, I've attached all the proof of my age to the ticket. No result. And why was it turned off anyway?
